We work closely with our clients to ensure the right system for their needs and place great emphasis on the analysis and specification stage.

Sometimes we may write a system to perform a specific task; once it has been tested and installed our work will be finished. However many of our clients recognise the benefits of developing a close and ongoing relationship with our team. We are then able to take a proactive approach and quickly adapt their systems to take advantage of changing markets and economic pressures.

For clients who lack in-house support we have almost taken on the role of their own personal IT department, advising on hardware and software purchasing and helping out with day-to-day technical problems. In the case of our larger clients, we work closely with their IT support staff to ensure that our systems are always compatible with the latest standards and procedures.

Using your data

If the data for your new computer system already exists in some other form, we can bring it into your new database so you won’t need to have everything re-keyed. We can convert data from most formats, including spreadsheets and existing database packages.

System Support

We offer a variety of flexible maintenance contracts on the systems that we install, so you get the support you want. If any problems are experienced, these are fixed as a matter of urgency. Advice is also offered as part of this contract to help users get the most out of their systems

Existing Systems
